About Us

Building confidence in the water, one splash at a time.

F.L.A.P is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing survival swim lessons for young people in our community. Our organization was founded with the belief that every child should have the knowledge and skills to stay safe in and around water. We believe that water safety is an essential part of growing up, and our programs are designed to give children the confidence they need to enjoy the water while staying safe.

We are dedicated to making sure that children have access to high-quality swim instruction, and we work to raise funding to pay for instructors to be trained in life saving survival swim courses. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn these important skills, and we strive to make our programs accessible and affordable to all families in our community.

Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of each child, with a focus on building essential water safety skills and confidence in the water. We use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to ensure that our students are engaged and learning at their own pace. We are proud to work with a team of experienced and passionate instructors who are dedicated to providing high-quality instruction to all of our students.

In addition to facilitating swim lessons, we also offer a range of water safety education programs for parents and caregivers. We believe that it is important for adults to have a good understanding of water safety as well, so that they can help their children stay safe in and around water. We work closely with families and communities to ensure that our programs are beneficial and accessible to all young people.

At F.L.A.P, we are proud to be making a positive impact on the lives of young people in our community. With the support of our donors and volunteers, we are able to provide these valuable lessons to as many families as possible. We are committed to improving water safety in our community and helping to build confident, capable swimmers for life.
